Reimagining Respite – Taking Short Breaks

Join us on Wednesday, June 11 at 12pm for our final LifeCourse in Action webinar in this year’s Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) series. In this webinar, Reimagining Respite – Taking Short Breaks, presenters Laurie Anastopoutos and Janica Midiri from the Charles River Center will talk about how to take care of ourselves when we are taking care of others. They will also discuss data collected through respite grant work and explain how their support for families evolved to meet their unique needs. Presented by the Disability Law Center (DLC), this in-person training will cover key topics related to employment rights and public benefits for people with disabilities. Learn directly from DLC attorneys about reasonable accommodations in the workplace for Social Security beneficiaries and gain a deeper understanding of how employment impacts SSI and SSDI benefits.
