MPTE - Cross-Systems Collaboration
This two-day training session provides employment service managers and supervisors with the knowledge and skills needed to lead successful community-based employment programs.
Participants will:
- Explore their supervisory style and understand its impact in supporting employees.
- Improve their communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Learn how to build motivated and productive teams.
- Identify program goals and analyze best practices for achieving them.
- Establish efficient and timely approaches for measuring program results.
Accommodations:

Weather Cancellations
In the event of bad weather, a cancellation decision will be made by 6:00 a.m. on the day of the training event, and a recorded message will be left at 617-287-4390 (only if the event is cancelled).
CEU's
CRC Credits will be available for Certified Rehabilitation Counselors who attend training events. Letters of Attendance will also be provided upon request.
